An expert's guide to making the most of unlimited travel.
We're glad you're here! This website is intended to help alleviate some of the stress and confusion that comes with being a Frontier Airlines GoWild! Passholder. Years of customer experience and feedback from almost 90,000 travelers has been compiled here to help you make the most out of your pass.
These are the most frequently asked questions regaring use of the GoWild! Pass. More categories and specific questions can be found on the respective pages in the menu bar.
The flight I would like to take is tomorrow but GoWild! is unavailable. Why is this happening?
GoWild! fare inventory is controlled by the airline. A GoWild! pass does not entitle you to the last few seats for sale. Expect fuller flights to not be available during the standard booking window. Popular dates and routes may not be available if the flight has already been filled up by many customers paying full price. It is important to remember that a GoWild! pass is meant to offer you seats on empty flights.
Additionally, airlines often sell more tickets than there are seats for people to sit in. This practice is known as overselling and is a very common and legal practice in the airline industry. Airlines predict the number of passengers that will no-show or that will miss their connection. To ensure planes go out completely full they will sell over capacity. When this occurs, GoWild! fares will also not be available.
If you have flexible travel plans, keep checking back as the departure time approaches, as GoWild! fares could open due to changes in capacity or current bookings. Frontier Airlines stops selling tickets 60 minutes prior to departure and check-in closes at the same time.
The GoWild! Price is showing more than what I'd normally expect during the standard booking window. Why is this happening?
In 2025, Frontiers system began pricing GoWild! flights according to departure date of each individual segment. This means that a flight deparing in the eastern timezone (ex. MCO) with a connection in mountain time (ex. DEN) would only show available when all segments depart "today or tomorrow". If booking in Orlando but connecting in Denver, all segements would not be "today or tomorrow" until 2L00am ET (which is 12:00am MT)
The same rule applies to itineraries that involve a date change. All segments must depart within one calendar day from booking.
GoWild! is showing available more than one calendar day in advance. Why is this happening?
On a promotional basis, GoWild! fare availability beyond the standard 1 day window for domestic bookings may become available. These promotional periods typically follow demand trends and are more often available during off-peak travel dates. These promotional fares allow you to purchase tickets for flights weeks, or occasionally months in advance at $0.01 in airfare. Be aware that there may be significant early booking fees to confirm this fare in advance.
When can I complete my GoWild! Booking?
GoWild! availability for domestic flights opens one calendar day in advance. There is no “24 hour” booking window. Flights open at midnight the day before, regardless of if the flight takes off at 12:59am or 11:59pm. This is also when you will see any possible GoWild! Early Booking Fee (GWEF) from an advanced booking promotion, go away. The example below represents a scenario in which you'd like to take a flight departing on Saturday.

A "Peak Day" charge may apply on published blackout dates, when available. This fee will not drop off during the standard booking window on published blackout dates.
The flight I want to take is not available for early booking. Does that mean GoWild! will never be available?
Early booking is capacity controlled like any other fare sale. When a certain threshold is met, the fare no longer becomes available. Just because early booking is unavailable does not mean that the flight will not be available for the standard booking window of one day prior.
Keep checking back, as availability may change. Occasionally, it is worthwhile to secure a reasonably priced standard or discount den fare to secure a seat instead of waiting!
Can I travel with my friends or family members who also have a GoWild! Pass?
Yes! Simply search for the number of passengers you'd like to travel with. Before proceeding to the passenger information page you will be prompted to input the FrontierMiles number and Date of Birth for each additional passenger. Note, all passengers must have a valid GoWild! pass on the date of travel, and companion benefits do not apply.
Can I travel with my friends or family members who do not have a GoWild Pass?
You can only book a single fare type on a single itinerary. This means in order to share any elite status benefits or discounted pricing such as using your Discount Den membership you must also be traveling under a standard or Discount Den Fare.
Can I travel with my child who does not have a GoWild! Pass?
Children can not be booked on their own using Frontier's app or website. You must contact customer service in order to complete a standard fare booking. You can reach a reservations agent at:

Can I travel with my pet using my GoWild! Pass?
Yes, by paying the appropriate fee (or utilizing Platinum/Diamond benefits) you can travel with an approved pet that fits in a soft sided carrier under the seat in front of you. Passengers traveling with a pet are not permitted to sit in row 1 or the exit row.
